Open a resume in the editor and click "Download PDF". The file is generated in your browser from the live preview, so the PDF matches what you see on screen, including page breaks.

Which resume templates are available?

Folio includes four templates: Classic (traditional single column), Modern (two columns with a coloured sidebar), Minimal (typography-led with generous whitespace), and Executive (light sidebar with an employment-focused main column).

Can I change fonts, sizes, and layout?

Yes. The style panel lets you choose from eight typefaces including Montserrat, DM Sans, IBM Plex Sans, and Libre Baskerville, set the heading, title, caption, and body font sizes, and adjust the sidebar width on two-column templates.

Can I keep more than one resume?

Yes. Every resume is saved to your account, so you can keep separate versions tailored to different roles and edit or re-download them at any time.

Who can create an account?

Anyone with an approved email address. Sign-up uses email and password with email verification, and some deployments limit access to specific organisation email domains — in that case use your work or school email.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Choose "Forgot password?" on the login page and enter your email. We will send a one-time reset link that is valid for 60 minutes.
